This system employs a special lysis Buffer and Proteinase K, to efficiently release genomic DNA from the biologic starting materials. Each Miniprep column will bind and purify up to 20 μg of genomic DNA, is suitable for a variety of applications, such as PCR amplification, Southern blot analysis, etc.
