	The DNA ladder contains 9 linear DNA bands It is specially designed for electrophoretic analysis of small DNA fragments on high percentage agarose (4%) DNA quantities of each band per 5ul loading (可定量)
8 cm 4% agarose gel in 0.5x TAE buffer 100V, 45min (Amresco, Agarose SFR)	*DNA quantities of each band per 5ul loading are as follow: 25 bp (85 ng), 50 bp (85 ng), 75 bp (55 ng), 100 bp (72 ng), 125 bp (20 ng), 150 bp (25 ng), 175 bp (30 ng), 200 bp (32 ng), and 300 bp (110 ng).
