1. Adherence rates
After coating a cell culture plate with AscleStem^® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution, non-freezed SNL76/7 cells, cryopreserved SNL76/7 cells or MEF (CF1) cells were cultivated, then adherence rates were measured.

2. hiPSCs

After coating a cell culture plate with AscleStem^® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution, SNL76/7 cells or MEF(CF1) cells were cultivated, then hiPSCs (253G1) was maintained and colony morphology and undifferentiation was observed with alkaline phosphatase staining.

3. Cardiomyocytes differentiated from hiPSCs

After coating a cell culture plate with AscleStem^® 0.1%-Gelatin Solution, cardiomyocytes differentiated from hiPSCs (AscleStem^® Cardiomyocytes) were cultivated.
