使用 Signal Enhancer HIKARI 代替傳統稀釋劑（例如 PBS 或 TBS）稀釋抗體，使檢測目標蛋白質能力顯著提高並且消除不需要的背景雜訊。幫助解決 Western blotting 和 ELISA 等過程中經常遇到的低靈敏度和高背景問題。
