Description
EasyMedia LB Agar, ready-to-use LB agar plates, is designed for the growth of recombinant E. coli. The agar plate with antibiotics is suitable for selective cultivation of E. coli strains transformed with plasmids carrying the corresponding resistance gene. Plates supplemented with IPTG and X-Gal enable blue-white screening.
