SSC Buffer is a hybridization buffer for Northern and Southern blots. AMRESCO offers SSC in various convenient forms; a 20X liquid concentrate, a tablet that prepares 100ml of a 1X solution, and a Ready-Pack™ that prepares 1L of 20X concentrate.
