Description
EasyMedia LB Agar, Ampicillin, ready-to-use LB agar plates, is designed for the growth of recombinant Escherichia coli. The agar plate is suitable for selective cultivation of E. coli strains which are transformed plasmids with Ampicillin resistant gene.
Formulation:
10 g/L Casein Hydrolysate
10 g/L NaCl
5 g/L Yeast Extract
15 g/L Agar
100 ug/mL Ampicillin
Application
For the growth of E.coli, and other bacterial cultures
Storage Condition
2 - 8 °C Stable for 3 months.
